Start your day with a nourishing breakfast:

  • Mini Frittata: Made with eggs, milk, shredded cheese, and leftover grilled veggies from the previous night. Combine ingredients and bake in a muffin tin at 350 F until eggs are set, about 15 minutes.

Day 2: Lunch

Pizza and Salad

Keep lunch simple yet satisfying:

  • Frozen Pizza: Quick and easy to prepare.
  • Salad: Fresh greens to complement your meal.

Day 2: Dinner

Seafood Pasta

  • Sauce: Heat olive oil a large saute pan and add flour on low heat. Add Milk, stir rapidly. Add garlic and Seafood, cook 4 minutes. Add cooked pasta, stir until combined and heated through.
