Alaskan Crafted Arts and Gifts;
A popular meeting area at Orca Island Cabins has been the art gallery. Here guests find both prints and originals by Susan Swiderski, owner and long time Alaskan artist. Guests also find jewelry, hand painted silk scarves and other fine gifts to remember their visit to our remote getaway.
This year we have upgraded the gallery creating more space for guests to browse and congregate. Spring brings many things and the challenge of building in a remote location is definitely one of them. The weather in Seward, AK and Resurrection Bay can be unforgivable throughout March and April. Our staff and team of builders have been working around the clock through rain or shine to finish this project.
We hope our guests will continue to be amazed and inspired by the surrounding area and what they find inside the gallery as well.
